Dave Dillman graduated from Life Bible College and then served as a pastor for 10 years, when he then went back to school at Azusa Pacific University to earn his Master’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling. He has been licensed since 1986 and along with his wife Caren, who he met in L.B.C. ,who also is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, he has been providing counseling and supervision to others training to become licensed therapists since 1990.
Dave and Caren have founded a number of counseling offices and non-profit ministries. In 2012 got back in touch with a foster son who they had lost track of, who was then in the California Prison System in San Quentin. Their foster Son Chris was moved to Folsom where they could visit him every couple of weeks where they learned first hand some of the struggles that families of those in prison experienced every day. They were able to successfully help their foster son transition out of years of prison life and mentality to adjustment to life outside of the prison walls. They both have a heart for those who face struggles similar to the ones they saw everytime they visited with their foster son. They are supporters of Prison Families Ministry.
